Buying, selling and trading — your questions
Can I bring my own mechanic to inspect a car?
Yes, and we would rather you did. Book a slot and bring whoever you trust — we will put the car on our lift for them. Our own 120-point inspection report is handed over either way, including the points we failed and fixed.
Do you buy cars you are not going to sell?
Often. If a unit does not meet our standard for the showroom floor we will still quote you for it as a trade purchase — we simply move it on through the auction channel instead of retailing it.
How is my trade-in value decided?
Mileage, service history, paint depth on every panel, and what the same model is currently fetching in the trade. We show you the same figures we use, and the offer stays valid for seven days.
Do you handle the JPJ transfer and road tax?
Yes. Ownership transfer, road tax renewal and insurance are all completed at our counter before you take the keys, including settling any outstanding loan on the car you are trading in.
